Everybody’s Nimble
Level: Open Level
This class will be held in person in Brooklyn, New York.
The mind-body connection begins with our senses. In heels dance, being attuned to the sensations throughout the body in relation to the pole, floor, and heels is essential. In SENSES, students will focus on reconnecting with their sensory experiences as a foundation for movement. Dancers will explore their natural awareness through a core sequence and various techniques and drills designed to enhance this reconnection to the body.
